Today I made Chocolate Hemp Milk (yes, milk not mylk. fuck that creepy bullshit!) Sorry I couldn’t get a better picture because I was excited to get drinkin’!!

It was super easy and very good. Perfect for someone like me who got hooked on their mom’s Dr. Atkins shakes in high school but is now avoiding soy.

I modified this recipe (and halved it bc the cute jug i bought off amazon is accidentally tiny).

2 c water

1/2 c hemp seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao

~1 tbsp raw honey (or to taste)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for that xtra cocolate blast!)

dash cinnamon

BLEND IT UP!

I chose not to strain anything out. You can if you want to! I also opted out of any kind of emulsifying agent (like a lecithin) so it needs to be shaken after sitting for a while. No biggie!
